A dynamic and challenging multi-directional exercise to increase the heartrate and strengthen the legs..
1. From a standing position with feet shoulder width apart, squat down.
2. Propel yourself upwards, and rotate 90 degrees.
3. Squat down again, and propel yourself upwards while rotating another 90 degrees.
4. Repeat, jumping and rotating 90 degrees until you return to facing the way you began.
