Overview

A dynamic and challenging multi-directional exercise to increase the heartrate and strengthen the legs..

Steps
  • 1. From a standing position with feet shoulder width apart, squat down.

  • 2. Propel yourself upwards, and rotate 90 degrees.

  • 3. Squat down again, and propel yourself upwards while rotating another 90 degrees.

  • 4. Repeat, jumping and rotating 90 degrees until you return to facing the way you began.
