A triceps building exercise with a modification to make it easier and safer for beginners..
1. Begin with hands and knees on the floor, arms straight. Hands should be inside of shoulder width, close together but not touching.
2. Keep the knees on the floor. Bend the elbows and lower your body towards the ground, as you would in a push-up.
3. Push the arms to straighten, and return to the starting position.
