A challenging side plank variation to test your stability and core stamina..
1. With one forearm on the ground, stack your feet and rise up on your forearm in a side plank position.
2. Bring your free hand straight up to the sky, then lower it to move through the open space between your extended hip and the floor.
3. Return the free hand to the sky. Repeat.
