A challenging side plank variation to test your stability and core stamina..

Steps
  • 1. With one forearm on the ground, stack your feet and rise up on your forearm in a side plank position.

  • 2. Bring your free hand straight up to the sky, then lower it to move through the open space between your extended hip and the floor.

  • 3. Return the free hand to the sky. Repeat.
