By registering for and/or participating in the Encore Ballet Festival (“Festival”), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Festival organizers.
The Encore Ballet Festival is open to adults ages 18 and up. All levels of experience are welcome. Participants must register online and pay all applicable fees in advance to be eligible for participation in any classes, competitions, or events.
All participants must pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee.
The registration fee includes access to festival activities and participation in one performance (either a solo or an ensemble).
Additional performance entries require separate payment and are subject to availability.
All payments must be completed through the designated online platform.
Late or incomplete registrations may be declined at the sole discretion of festival organizers.
The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Competition entry fees may be refunded only if written notice is received before the official schedule is released.
Festival organizers are not responsible for missed events due to travel delays, illness, injury, or other personal issues.

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive demeanor at all times during the event. This includes but is not limited to:
Respecting fellow dancers, staff, volunteers, and instructors
Following directions from event staff
Adhering to class and competition schedules
Wearing appropriate attire for classes and performances
Refraining from disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled activities.
Ensemble groups must coordinate and rehearse independently.
All choreography must be appropriate for a general audience.
Music must be submitted in the required format by the deadline; late or incomplete music files may result in disqualification.
By participating in the Encore Ballet Festival, you agree to the following:
You understand that physical activity carries inherent risk and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise.
You release Encore Ballet Festival, its staff, volunteers, instructors, and venue partners from any liability related to injury, theft, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodations, and personal belongings throughout the weekend.
By attending and participating in the Festival, you grant Encore Ballet Festival the right to:
Photograph, film, or record your image, voice, and likeness during event activities
Use those images and recordings for marketing, advertising, archival, and promotional purposes across all media formats
You may opt out of media use by contacting us in writing prior to the event at [Insert Email Address]
The Festival reserves the right to:
Adjust schedules, instructors, or class offerings based on availability or unforeseen circumstances
Cancel specific classes or performances due to low enrollment or safety concerns
Postpone or cancel the event entirely due to weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure
In the event of a full cancellation, participants will be offered a credit or partial refund as described in the Refund Policy.
All content presented at the festival—including choreography, class materials, and media—remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from the festival or content owner.
By registering for the Encore Ballet Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines provided by the festival.
