Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Restorative Wellness Vero, we strive to provide exceptional services to enhance your well-being. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy for our yoga, personal training, and massage therapy services:

1. Yoga Classes:

   - Refund Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund.

   - Cancellation Within 12 Hours: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class.

2. Personal Training Sessions:

   - Refund Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled personal training session.

   - Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled personal training session.

3. Massage Therapy Appointments:

   - Refund Policy: Please cancel your massage therapy appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

   - Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

How to Cancel: To cancel your reservation, please contact us at (772)579-6443 or info@rwvero.com at least within the specified time frame for each service.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full charge of the service.
