Olive Oil

Ideally one blended for high temperature cooking

1 Tablespoon

Dried Oregano

1 Teaspoon

Garlic Powder

0.5 Teaspoon

Onion Powder

0.5 Teaspoon

Paprika

0.5 Teaspoon

Salt

To taste

1 Pinch

Black Pepper

To taste

Recipe Steps
  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  • 2. While grill is heating, in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • 3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

  • 4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
