This grilled chicken breast recipe keeps it simple without being boring and goes with just about anything from a simple side salad, side of roasted or grilled vegetables, or sliced and added to your favorite pasta recipe.

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. While grill is heating, in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
