96% Lean ground beef

1 Pound

White Rice

0.5 Cup

Stir Fry Veggies

2 Cup

Any sauce that is UNDER 40 cals

3 Tablespoon

Meal Steps
  • 1. Brown ground beef with any seasonings you would like. Be very careful about which sauce you use, there are usually a TON of calories in them.

  • 2. Boil rice or microwave it, your choice. For reference, every half cup of rice needs about 1 cup water.

  • 3. Stir fry veggies of choice with spray and NOT butter or oil
