1. Mix the half cup of oats with about .75 cup of water and microwave for 2 mins. Make sure to check on it around 1 min 30 seconds. Put the 2 tbsp of PB2 powder and the artificial sweetener's in the oats and mix it up.
2. Mix eggs and egg whites. Any 0 calorie sauce is great. USE SPRAY and NOT oil or butter
