This is the initial lab test for our HormonePro program. Once purchased a BodyLogicMD patient coordinator will reach out to you. The coordinator will provide you with Lab Requisition for one of our network laboratories for your blood draw. And the coordinator will schedule your consultation with one of our practitioners.
