This is a calf strengthening exercise. If you add the balancing element you will really be hitting all of those little muscles in the calves as well as engaging the core. For an added challenge throw some extra weight in there!.
1. 1. Grab a weight (dumbbell) if your feeling up for the challenge! 2. Use the core to maintain your balance. 3. Push up onto the balls of the feet. 4. Throw a few longer balances in there.
